Shipping policy

Standard Shipping Times

Commond Creations Stationery typically processes orders within 1-2 business days. This processing period is separate from the shipping time. Essentially, we usually pick and pack your items within this timeframe before the courier receives your package for shipping.

Please keep in mind that Commond Creations Stationery does not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Additionally, there may be rare instances where couriers face delays that are beyond our control. During the holiday season, processing times may also be extended.

Holiday & Sale Shipping Times

All orders placed during holiday sales may take a few business days to ship, excluding backorders. If any items on your order are on backorder, we will inform you accordingly.

USA & Domestic Orders Delivery

Orders destined for delivery within the USA are shipped via USPS and UPS. For orders with military and P.O. Box addresses, only USPS will be used. Typically, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days following processing times. Occasionally, couriers may encounter delays that are outside of our control.
