RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUND POLICY

At Commond Creations Stationery, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We are confident that you will adore our products, as we have devoted much effort into crafting and designing each one. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. If, for any reason, you are not completely pleased with a purchase, we are delighted to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN POLICY

Commond Creations Stationery permits returns or exchanges within 14 days from the shipping date for unused, non-sale items, excluding gift cards, return, exchange, or initial shipping costs. Refunds are provided via the original payment method or as store credit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that have been used, altered, on sale, or marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Start a return request by sending an email to commondconsulting@gmail.com. Please include “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” AND your ORDER NUMBER in the subject field.

RETURN PROCESS

Ensure your return is securely packaged. Items returned to us in a damaged state may not qualify for credits or exchanges. To ensure a swift credit, include any complimentary items from the original purchase and choose your preferred courier for the return. Items must arrive within 14 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost for return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive all eligible and pre-approved items, your refund, store credit, or exchange (excluding shipping and handling) will be processed within 5 business days. Note that some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to appear. Credits or refunds for discounts and special promotions are not applicable to previous purchases.

DEFECTS & DAMAGES

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please email us with photos or a video of the damage within three days of receiving the item(s), and we will swiftly start the replacement process. Replacements depend on product availability. If a replacement is not possible, a credit to your original payment method will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE

Double-check your shipping address! Refunds and re-shipments are NOT provided for incorrect addresses. If you enter the wrong address, notify us before your order is shipped. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
